Unable to Identify HP Computer Model by Using Hardware and Software Inventory Applications

Known Issue:
In hardware and software inventory applications, if you perform a search for a specific type of computer model, you may receive inaccurate results. As a matter of fact, performing a search for a field other than “Model” may return unexpected results that display DSDT, DSDT_PRJ, N/A, or blank values as values for Model.
